Non Lucrative permit is designed for Non-European individuals who wish to reside in Spain without carrying out any gainful (work or professional) activity, provided that the applicant has sufficient and guaranteed means to live on. It is an ideal way to relocate to Spain without investment or starting up business in the country!

Requirements for NLV permit
  • To have enough financial capacities (min 30,000 euros) available at the bank account
  • Strong evidence of passive income, minimum 1311 euros per month

  • Proof of accommodation and registration in Spain
